Modul LTD. is registered on 16th of February 1990 in Stara Zagora primary as sole company in Stara Zagora District Court with owner Grozyo Genchev Grozev. The activity object is production and building.
   The firm has been transformed into LTD and had three partners in 1990 (October). His manager Grozyo Genchev Grozev was elected as chairman.
After transforming many construction and installation activities have done in the area of communication and vertical planning in Stara Zagora and the region.
   On 22nd of March 1991 Modul LTD was registered  in Bulgarian chamber of commerce and industry in Sofia.
   In the period 1994-2002 MODUL LTD is the main supplier with liquid fuels of “Bus carrier company” in Stara Zagora. In this period the company is significant supplier of liquid fuels for other small and mean enterprises on the area of South Bulgaria.
   Since 2002 MODUL LTD joints the system of public transport on Stara Zagora with its own busses FBW – import from Switzerland.
   Parallel to this activities since the beginning of 2002 the company is orientated to investigation, laboratory testing and development in the area of renewable resources energy, biofuel and the opportunities for their use in Bulgaria.
   In this its activity MODUL LTD attracts scientists and experts of the renewable energy resources area and develops projects.
   They will be realized with the participation of leading companies and investors from Bulgaria and foreign countries.
